Aikou and Flora Clinch Automatic Finale Spots as First-Ever BBNaija Gambit Winners


Big Brother Naija housemates Amyr Yousufzai, popularly known as Aikou, and Flora Egbeda have secured automatic places in the grand finale after emerging as the inaugural Gambit winners in the “Show Ya Sef” season.

The pair was unveiled during Sunday’s live eviction show after viewers voted to select one male and one female housemate for the brand-new twist introduced earlier in the week.

As The Gambits, Aikou and Flora now enjoy full immunity from eviction and are guaranteed to remain in the house until the end of the competition. However, the special status comes with a major trade-off — both housemates are no longer eligible to win the record-breaking ₦160 million grand prize.

Big Brother described The Gambit as a strategic deal between guaranteed longevity in the house and the chance to claim the ultimate prize. The duo will continue taking part in all weekly tasks, challenges, and house activities while serving as agents for Big Brother and the viewers for the rest of the season.

This is the first time the Gambit twist has been introduced in Big Brother Naija history, adding a fresh layer of strategy to the ongoing Season 11.

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has strongly defended President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms, insisting that the current administration inherited a severely damaged economy that cannot be fixed overnight.
